Costas the mechanic

This Vathy local is one of Ithacas' trustworthy mechanics.  Costa always has a quarter of the islands' cars backed up in his workshop and somehow he manages to get through them all. If you go to him with a motor problem, then he'll stop what he's doing to check it out for you.

Last summer he worked in the rains, this summer he works in the 40+ C heatwaves.  Through rain, hail or shine, Costa is more reliable than the postman.
