Spiros was born in Patras, but has spent all his life on Ithaca in Vathy. This is where he grew up, this is where he's the King of Scrabble. As all young Greeks, he did his time in the army as a driver after finishing his studies in journalism. His passion in life is getting to know people. That's a good thing as he'd been Waiting at Paliocaravo Restaurant in Vathy for 7 years before he opened his own Cafe Bar, Karamela late 2005. He's met some famous and infamous people. Spiros loves his work and he's rather good at it too. He's a lucky man at Scrabble and Cards and lucky in life because he loves where he is and what he does.
