Vasilis works at his family restaurant Kalkanis in Vathy. He was born in Sydney Australia, but came to Ithaca when he was still a baby. He works hard all night serving up deliscious Greek food to locals and tourists and then unwinds with his girlfriend Dina around the traps of Vathy.
